ChicFrock Web Order Return Policy

General Return Guidelines:

  • Due to our limited and ever-changing inventory, if you need a different size, we recommend purchasing the correct size online (if available) and returning the incorrect size for a full refund within 1 week (7 days) from the date of delivery.
  • We do not technically offer exchanges, as we cannot guarantee the size will be available by the time the incorrect size is received. If your size is unavailable, we will issue online store credit for a future purchase.
  • If you do not like the item(s) once received, online store credit will be given.

Return Requirements:

  • All return items must be postmarked within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery.
  • Item(s) must be returned with the original receipt, original tags attached, unaltered, unworn, and undamaged. We inspect each item before shipping.
  • Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations (including makeup, deodorant, smoke, or perfume smells) will not be exchangeable or eligible for online store credit.
  • To avoid damaging the item(s) inside, it is advisable to open the package without using sharp utensils or scissors.

Final Sale Items:

  • ALL FORMAL GOWNS ARE FINAL SALE.
  • ALL SALES ON INTIMATES, GIFT CARDS, BELTS, ACCESSORIES, & PURSES/CLUTCHES ARE FINAL.
  • Any merchandise returned outside of the 14-day online return policy is considered FINAL.

Defective Merchandise:

  • If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or an incorrect item, please contact our store within 2 days of receiving the item.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for your own return shipping and may choose any shipping carrier you wish.
  • Please ensure that the merchandise fits the return criteria before shipping back to us.
  • We are not responsible for lost items, so we recommend purchasing tracking when shipping and keeping receipts for your records.
